Our little renovated casita is located in the downtown center. It is a short walk to the plaza, market square “mercado”, church, and the beautiful malecón, Lake Chapala. The house is located in the heart of historic festivities such as: the pilgrimage of Señor del Monte and traditional parades. Please keep in mind that you will be staying in the heart of the downtown so you will experience the sights and sounds of a busy town. No pets are allowed. No smoking. No parties or gatherings.
Our renovated Spanish Style home is decorated with talavera tile and all new furnishings. This home has 2 rooms with queen side beds and two colorful unique style bathrooms. You will have access to a Smart TV where you can watch Netflix with your own subscription and local channels. The home is in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance of downtown, plaza, church and mercado. Our home is 2 miles from the most beautiful boardwalk “malecon” in Chapala Lake.
It is a large very clean park with an extensive network of cement footpaths amid well maintained grassy areas, ideal for bird watching or just enjoying the peace and quiet.
